Our baby is due at the end of the month so other than wheeling the stroller around the house we haven't used it yet. We had a difficult time actually finding a local store where we could go view it. We were lucky and ended up running into a couple in a baby store who had one and did a complete demonstration for us. I feel like this is a good hybrid stroller. More versatile then you mall stroller but not a cumbersome as a jogger. It is very light and easy to collapse. I feel really good about our purchase.

It was unfortunate that many of my local retailers don't carry this product. I sought it out and ordered it though Amazon. I'm thoroughly happy I did. This product is made VERY WELL. I personally view the competitors to this product as the Bob Revolution and the Baby Jogger Summit. All of them are smooth and fast to run with. The key differences between them is the weight, construction and ease of folding and unfolding. I hate to mark this one off so fast, but the Revolution CE wheels will rust which will make it difficult to keep pressure in the tires and difficult to role. As for the others, the construction looks fine to me. The next two issues are weight and ease of use. the best product for weight is Bumbleride since it is at least 6lbs lighter than the others, and the best product for ease of use is the Baby Jogger. The ease of use on the baby jogger will immediately be appreciated the first time you completely collapse the stroller with one hand. Hope this helps!

I purchased this stroller 6 months ago with a premature baby of less than 7lbs. Within two months the front wheel of the stroller start shaking and the frame is bend to the right....weird.
It is supposed the stroller is under guarantee. When I called bumbleride the answer was that something heavy or an "external force" turned the frame of the stroller. My baby is now 15lbs...that probably could be the most heaviest external force.

The only positive answer to resolve my problem because the stroller is unusable, was to repurchase the frame with a 20% discount!!! Another 200 to th stroller...no way.
Definetely I will not buy a new frame from bumbleride. Imagine if an "external force" or a "heavy wind" blows again and the new aluminium frame is bend again.

My advice, the stroller seems really nice and the view is great but the customer support should definetely be revised by bumbleride. I do not recommend this stroller and its appearance is tougher of what really is or what really last.
